Our Approach

Our in-company training trajectories are non-standardized. Depending on the specific needs and desires of the customer, we set up a tailored training plan. This way we deliver trainings that guarantee a maximized return on training investment. Our trainings are the result of years of practical  in the field- experience of our senior consultants.

Each training trajectory consists of different building blocks. In function of the overall objective, we select a certain approach.

This is where we strongly differentiate from other suppliers.

Each training trajectory consists of different building blocks. In function of the overall objective, we select a certain approach and offer several methods.

On top of this, we help our customers in setting up their own training trajectory. We provide the training material and training sessions are facilitated by the customers themselves.

Objectives

Ideas at Work distinguishes 4 levels of training objectives:

  • create awareness for the subject and the need for it in the own organisation
  • introduction training to understand the framework and the most important techniques
  • advanced training to allow the participants to apply the content in practice
  • advanced training integrated with coaching to guarantee a maximal ROI of the training investment

We use an adapted approach for each level.

Blended learning

Each training trajectory is set up through the Blended Learning approach. We are convinced that a combination of different methods and techniques guarantees that the training objectives are achieved. Based upon the customer requirements, the learning objectives and the building blocks, one or more training plans are drafted. The illustration shows a complete plan where different didactic approaches are combined into a “blended learning” trajectory.
