Acquiring competences, skills and behavior is a shared responsibility of the participant, the organization and the trainer. Our contribution is to provide an tailored approach. This can only be done by listening carefully to the client and participants and by putting our own hands-on expertise and experience in the creation and execution of training and coaching.
As responsible for the development and deployment of an 8 day Process Management certification track of 100+ participants I created process awareness for the participants and their 300+ colleagues by means of a Business Game and a World café.
Since 1992 I am involved in training. First as a trainer myself and later as one of the directors of a centre for vocational training. I have joined Ideas at Work in 2008 as Training Manager
Developing the training portfolio, customer relations and giving training courses are amongst my responsibilities.
As a Master in Engineering (Groep T), certified Quality Systems Manager (KULAK-Amelior) and Project Manager Professional (PMP – PMI), I have have built an extensive expertise in training, Process Management, Project Management, Change Management and soft skills.
